My name is Marti. I have been blessed with the opportunity to create and run my business out of my passion which is working with animals.

I grew up in Hungary that I am very proud of; but my soul was always set to settle in this beautiful land called Australia. I have been a huge animal lover since I was born, grew up watching all documentaries of Sir David Attenborough and never been too far from domestic or farm animals. I knew from the early years that caring for the environment and working with animals is my calling so I spent my High School years at the historic town of Szecseny at the country where I was studying Agriculture.After graduation I worked at the Veterinary Practice Clinic of Domestic Animals at The University of Veterinary Science and Animal Studies for 4 years in Budapest. Up to this date it was the best job I have ever had as it not only came naturally to care for these animals but it was also was the most satisfying type of work which provided me with many happy memories.

My following years led me to various fields of the workforce and different countries to travel and live in. One of the most memorable and formative years of my youth was spent in England, London where I lived for 5 years. I not only learned English but also realised that with the right attitude, hard work, a good network of support and believing in me – anything I set my mind to is possible. Apart of spending most of my time in the gardens and parks of London, feeding all the birds and squirrels, visiting many of the English countryside, I paid countless number of visits to the National History Museum – it was one of my favourite place to hang out. Trough those traveling years I have made lifelong friends, and met one of the most influential person whom I will be ever grateful to be part of my life. I am certain he would be very proud of my achievement and where I am right now in my life.

After my first visit to Australia in 2001; as soon as I took my first breath of Aussie air and felt the Sun on my skin I knew this was the land I belong. My next mission was to make Australia my second home. It was a very long and not so easy battle, with many ups and downs. However, I am a fighter with a never give up attitude which pushed me through the darkest days and the deepest lows. So after years of being put down and standing up again – I won the battle – I have made my childhood dream come true and became a Citizen of Australia on 25 January 2011.

There are not many corner of this wast land I have not visited, travelled most of this country over the years. Despite all the falls and rises I went through – the core reason why I came here in the first place still has not faded. I am still blown away by Australia`s natural beauty, its unique wildlife, waves of the ocean, whales and dolphins at my doorstep and the power of each sunset and sunrise just to mention a few. I am very privileged and lucky to call this place home.

To complete my journey of returning to my roots I recently attended a course at TAFE – Cert. IV. Caring for Companion Animals to allowed me to pursue my passion and set up my own business in the field that is so close to my heart. This training included subjects such as dog breeds, behaviour and training, grooming, basic medical knowledge, legal requirements, responsible ownership of an animal just to mention a few.

In conclusion I am in a very happy place, loving and appreciating each and every day. I feel that I am doing exactly what I was born to do – providing the level of service, care and unconditional love to these furry family members whom give so much more back in return.
